Justice

1. CORRUPTION:

Q. Can we ban corruption in Indonesia?

A. I think we can’t and we never can, because of several reasons, among others: (1) Lack of determinant leaders! (2) Almost all of the officials included lower level and ordinary staff in the government as well as the representatives body (MPR/DPR) and the private sectors are involved. For the lower level staff mostly because of meager salary and their daily necessities to cover their foods, education, health etc. For the higher levels because of greed and lust to have more materials, status, concubines and power! (3) Lack of law enforcement. (4) Insufficient rules. No dead penalty for those who heavily corrupts! (5) Prisons are safe heavens for those who corrupts while courts just only as their play grounds! Many can still run their damn business from behind bars and court sentences most likely is a fake one! (6) Justice applied only to the poor and no equal justice for the haves! Meaning, a thief for a chicken may positively go to jail with no mercy! However big corrupter may even release from any sentence. Money is in power in Indonesia!  (7) The last but the most important is “no fear of GOD”.

2. POLITICAL PARTIES AS THE DRIVING SEAT TO THE TOP AND MAIN TOOLS FOR ESCAPABLE CORRUPTION.

I do not want to comment a lot about this just check the video I embedded from TV one, Indonesia.
